The Queensland Human Rights Act covers breaches by public entities only.
The Queensland Human Right Act only applies to breaches which took place on or after 1 January 2020.
Generally discrimination complaints must be brought within twelve months, but the Qld Human Rights Commission has a discretion to consider later complaints.
The Qld Anti-Discrimination Act only applies to discrimination on the basis of the listed attributes.
The Qld Anti Discrimination Act only applies to discrimination in the listed areas of activities
