This Service is targeted mainly at people seeking advice around family migration. Suncoast Community Legal Service has no capacity to take on migration casework. For this reason, refugee and humanitarian matters, which generally require urgent casework assistance, should be referred directly to Refugee and Immigration Legal Service in Brisbane. Private migration agents should be consulted in relation to skilled work / employer sponsored visa enquiries.
